And no - why would I want Trump out of office?

Because I don't get 100% of what I want?

I'm not a baby like many others.

Do you tell your wife she has sold her soul and supports child slave labor and that she will sell herself for cheap goods?

You spend a lot of time hysterically yelling at strangers but why don't you actually try to live your morals rather than virtue signal?

I absolutely reprimand her and am slowly breaking her down. The sad reality of the system the unfettered capitalists have created is that for many sectors there aren't many options if options at all.

Sounds like she doesn't respect you enough to listen then

When I told my wife we were absolutely not shopping at target anymore due to their promotion of child mutilation, that was the last dollar every spent there from the sturg33 house

Easy to not go to Target when you have multitude of other options and Amazon.

Not the flex you think it is but whatever makes you feel more manly inside.

I'm sure if we went through your roster of goods we can find one company that supported child mutiliation though. Do you want to take that test internally?

It's not about feeling manly. You scream like a girl on here about people not wanting to ruin the American economy by slapping stupid taxes on Chinese goods.

You say we have sold out. Support communism. Support child slaves. Etc. The rhetoric is strong

But you are incapable of even changing your individual spending habits, but want to invoke your centrally planned ideology on 340m people?

By the way, I have a close friend whose family is caught up in the Uyghur Concentration camps. They refuse to buy anything from.china, including their sheet rock business. They pay a lot more for stuff. But they have made it work.

It's certainly possible if you have enough conviction. But screaming on a message board is easier, I'm sure

I'm honest about purchases that are made in my household because I'm always honest about what I post on this forum.

I don't control my wife like she is a toy in a box. She also works and deserves to live her life in a way that jives with her own view. We just share different views on women - We both know this.

I have firends that buy Chinese goods - Should I stop being friends with them?

You, along with many others on here, are perfectly happy with the system in place which pumps the largest communist state the world has ever seen. YOu need to own that.

Great. But until you can actually change your individual behaviors, stop telling the rest of the world they must change theirs

"I can't change my life, buy i can change the world!" said the socialist

At least I'm against it - you outright support it with beliefs and actions.

Just don't go ahead and scream 'Communist' to everyone who doesn't agree with you while you all out support the communist state via your economic worldview.

It makes us all feel good to virtue signal

But if you can help me understand how I support "communism" because I don't want to tax Americans, i look forward to it.

In the meantime, I hope you and the misses enjoy your money saved by not buying American

Your concern for Chinese citizens would come across as less hollow if you cared about it or any other human rights abuses in basically any other circumstance beyond how it impacts US exports.

I was curious because I'm a curious person. But I see that they already increased their prices (manufactured in China)

vs.

Timberline also up, $500 on each model.

Personally I don't care, I'm not getting another I want something better. But I think it's funny if someone like Traeger goes out of business and 500-1000 people are out of work.

As a traeger owner myself, I feel bad for the middle class dad who just got priced out of a fun grill to make memories with the family

oh dang. I was actually kicking the idea of getting one of these (or a Big Green Egg)

Not going to ruin my summer. Just one of those things I’ll put off buying

(Millions of these types of “oh well I guess I’ll wait to buy” are going to happen the next few months)

At least we’re not doing one with every country at the same time while also figuring out how to not crash the global economy as a result of our actions with China and the lack of a reliable backup plan because the aforementioned negotiations with every country are happening right now.

Navarro is such a special kind of dumb that I’m genuinely shocked anybody listens to him, least of all the President.

I love both. I have the green egg at the lake and it makes some amazing meat, but i often don't have the patience for it. It's a 10 hour process minimum for most things, and you gotta pay attention or else gonna dry that thing out

The traeger yields 85% of the flavor for 10% of the effort

Anyhow... glad I bought my car last week... but annoyed I was forced into it. Dealer definitely had leverage on me

I mean I was kicking around the idea of getting the Ranger for tailgating. I don't do it often. But assuming it jumps over 500 bucks I'm out. But I'm really glad I got my blackstone last year.

For sure. I like my Traeger I got the Iron Wood because I live where it's cold and a non-insulated one wouldn't be usable for like half the year.

I'm kicking around the idea of getting an offset. But I need to have a proper patio before I do that. Cause those fuckers weigh a ton.

I hate myself for saying this, but I agree with Retardo.

The gotcha Miss CNN is pulling here is the length of time to formalize a detailed trade agreement. It’s entirely reasonable that high level framework agreements can be made in the short term.
