why shouldn't we believe what he and his doctor told us?

I don't know - Trump looks pretty good right now in comparison to his first term.

Its cute that you now care about the things the left used to obsess over.

Something something TDS

Do you not longer believe the covid years inflicted damage on the younger generation?

I believe the enhanced lockdowns perpetrated by the Democrats which included shutting kids out from school (states issues) were the biggest disruptor for children. Yes.

OK so we agree that while Trump was president our kids were set back substantially.

We also agree that Trump bragged about shutting the country down, turning off the US economy, listening to Dr. Fauci, and insisting that the decision was the President's, not the governors.

We must both believe this because Trump was adamant about all of the above, unless you believe he was lying

Love the rewind tape.

Who controls if schools stay open or not?

Why wouldn't we give special protections to companies that produce in America?
1) We’re not going to give those protections to the small businesses that can’t personally lobby Trump.

2) So you’ll support protections for this company on any raw material, components or machinery that is imported?

No - Not on imports because the idea is to move the supply chain. But regulatory slashes and tax breaks for employing Americans is fantastic policy.

Will Trump do exactly that? I have no clue.

Oh cool, Biden did nothing wrong then.
On this particular issue (damage to the kids) its a states issue.

Issuing federal vaccine mandates and keeping the country shut down which then prompted more debt was criminal.

Your constant rewriting of history is exhausting.

The dude bragged over and over again that he shut the country down.

Does he have authority to close the local elementary school? No. But here is what he did do to help enable that

"Yes, the U.S. federal government influenced school closures during COVID-19. Early in the pandemic (March 2020), the CDC issued guidance recommending school closures to slow the spread of the virus, based on initial data about transmission risks. President Trump declared a national emergency on March 13, 2020, which unlocked federal funding and resources, indirectly pressuring states to align with closure recommendations. The CARES Act, signed March 27, 2020, provided $13.5 billion to K-12 schools to manage disruptions, including costs tied to closures."

Just own it, dude. He was the president. He got it wrong. He still to this day believes he got it right..but he got it wrong.

Our kids get to suffer because of it. If lucky enough to avoid the delayed development, their future buying power was decimated

I remember someone saying he gives a pass for how people acted in the first few months of COVID.

What happened to that guy?

Has he ever admitted he got it wrong?

Why would I care - At the time those decisions were made you could argue the right decision was made.

But you keep harping on this as a golden age is ushered on your children and mine.

I care if the president is willing to lie about something so stupid.

Do you believe him, though?

Some pictures I would believe it. Some I wouldn't.

Like I said - I legitimately never cared or thought to care. But I don't have TDS>

I'm still just wondering what you think this measurements are.
