I was directing that question to mqt personally. Not broadly. There is a thread on global affairs that you can check. Nationally Biden's approval ratings dropped sharply and never recovered.

This isn’t a one-party gripe. Biden and company had 4 years to help interpreters and others that risked their lives for us. I don’t expect the Trump administration to have friendly policies in this regard, but what we’ve done to some of these people is unforgivable.Where was this outrage with Biden and the Afghanistan removal? That did FAR more damage to Afghani's that this ever will.
Or maybe just, you know, not have adhered to the Peace Accords when the other side was blatantly breaking their side of the deal. This isn’t a one-party gripe. If I recall, my concerns on the Afghanistan withdrawal were indeed with this side of it. We should have welcomed more refugees and ensured every person we owed was out safely.
Yeah, the more I read about this, the more it stinks. Silly me for thinking they’d just bring him back as legally required to and then adhere to the law.The decision to indict prompted the resignation of a supervisor in the U.S. attorney’s office in Tennessee that brought the charges, according to two people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it.
Ben Schrader, who had worked as a federal prosecutor in Nashville for nearly 15 years, stepped down two weeks ago as the indictment was returned under seal. Reached on his cellphone Friday, Schrader declined to comment.
will be interesting to see how this plays out...my guess is the DoJ is keeping its fingers crossed in the hopes that the judge will toss this case before it goes to trial...personally i hope it does go to trial and that the defense is given full discovery with respects to the machinations within the DoJ that led to this indictment
it is a face-saving way to bring him back...at least they are complying with the judge's orders in facilitating his returnYeah, the more I read about this, the more it stinks. Silly me for thinking they’d just bring him back as legally required to and then adhere to the law.
Trump setting ground work to getting DeSantis thrown in Jail
As far as I can tell, Miller is describing *checks notes* driving illegal immigrants from Texas to other parts of the country.
Honestly at the rate we’re going lately I’m probably happier with China having control over my data than Trump.Yall remember when Trump intentionally broke US law in order to help the CCP?
Still going. TACO Trump with an endless extension
