People only hear the horror stories from our health system but people are treated here quickly and effectively that other places may take months or years.

Lol you act like this doesn't happen in our current health care system. 2 years ago when I had my PCP change for the 3rd time in 5 years I had to wait 6 months to see them. My sister had to wait months to get surgery to remove a cyst. My wife and her mom drive 2 hours to see an endocrinologist who botched my MiL's thyroid removal surgery so she has a rare disease now.

should democrats do no further damage to our healthcare industry, you will never not be able to get a life saving procedure or medicine done should you need it.

that is not true of Canada where, as your post clearly hints at, you would prefer us to emulate

Health care exists in the definition of the word. Following the teachings of all religions as it applies to dealing with the sick.

please list out the providers willing to provide life saving services for free after getting a 300k education and willing to spend on the technology and research to improve it also free of charge

AND deal with the massive malpractice suits from people that never took care of themselves in the first place wanting miracles

I forgot one, my doctor wants to prescribe a medication, that's said to treat a condition I have, but can't because my particular health insurance doesn't cover it even if the FDA says it will help with my disease. So he had to go with a different drug with harsher side effects.

Plenty of people aren't getting life saving procedures as it is.

You're confusing the privilege of good health insurance with having a good health care system.

There's no such thing as a perfect system, but would I rather be in Canada where a routine procedure doesn't cost thousands and thousands of my personal dollars because insurance is bloating the costs all through the process.

What drug ?

There are tons of stories but for the most part there’s 100 for everyone bitching that worked out great. You only hear about the ones that complain the loudest like all things

And most of those are because people don’t understand what they are talking about

Like I’m sure you are brilliant, but it wouldn’t shock me if you didn’t know what actually happened in your cases of Medical care and insurance approval
