Going after SBA COVID program fraud but only in the blue states is a very clever bit and the Dems deserve it for their hand in some immensely bad policy. Companies literally didn’t even need to actually be impacted by COVID to qualify. It was like a secret bailout program for any firm with bad sales during the pandemic.

Still can’t help but think your side is going to be disappointed with the Don Lemon case. Because of the protections under the 1st Amendment, the portion of what happened that was actually illegal is going to be pretty narrow.
