Okay… We blasted the hiring of Weiss because he was an old school dinosaur who has never used analytics and would just be a clone of Snit.

I am ready to note that he does understand matchups and leverage at a level we never saw with Snit

In addition, he stands up for the players, a major point of contention with Snit.

No manager is perfect, but we need to eat a small portion of crow, and give Walt the credit he deserves.

I've slowly changed my mind on it.
