In the Southeast we have a small local chain named Carolina Ale House which is pretty good and always packed.

I don't have a top five but Buffalo Wild Wings is by far the most overrated. Granted I've only been to the local one but its a bit pricey and the foods not the best

1. Five Guys
2. Cheesecake Factory - massively fattening but good
3. Shake Shack - Not really a full blown chain, but it's off the chain.
4. Le Peep - Really good breakfast place, prefer diners but nice changeup.
