I have not changed my stance. I have no judgment on this case. I see no CONCRETE evidence said yet on this case, so either party can be right or wrong. When the justice department bring forth evidence for either party then I will listen to it. But you all made your stance known, I have not. I just presenting a theory, nothing more, nothing less.
 
I've made a judgement, white people want this to be swept under the rug. And their best hope to do that is to prove the kid guilty in one way or another.

It's really sad to be honest. People are willing to hop on any old crackpot theory that doesn't hit any major news media.

Remember the Dorian Johnson recanting his story thing that broke almost 2 weeks ago? Still hasn't been picked up by any major news outlet. The white guilt on display from krg, thethe, and gilesfan is really pretty sad.
 
White guilt is not coming from me. I don't feel bad for people that make awful choices in their lives.

White guilt, wtf are you talking about? Dude attacked a cop and got shot. Shouldn't even be a big news story if the Johnson didn't come out and lie that Brown was shot Running away.

I'm just putting a spin on it. You guys obviously feel some guilt in your subconscious which is why you're always trying to say race isn't an issue, because that's one of the most obvious forms of racism.

So there's 100% no evidence that the cop fired on the kid when he was running away? Also I guess the graze wound was 100% written off as possible shot from behind.
 
I'm pretty sure I have "white guilt", which to me means not only having a simple awareness of what Whites in American have done to Blacks in the past, but also what's happening Today and what will happen Tomorrow. How can a person with any compassion in their hearts not feel sick about it? I grew up around pretty severe racists, both overt loud mouths and the plain clothes type, and even knew some who boasted of being in the Klan. The Civil Rights laws did not change these people and they and their offspring are still walking around among us.

Still, that doesn't change my views on hard criminals and gang activity. As far as I'm concerned anyone in a gang, no matter what skin color, should be shot on sight and bodies fed to the polar bears and sharks.

He wasn't shot in the back and Johnson's story was 100% false as proven by the autopsy.

He was not shot in the back, but there is evidence he was shot at while running away, but even that is conjecture.

Let the analysis play out. If everything was concrete, this would be over, but since it is not, some holes in what that policeman said.

So according to the lawyer for the Juvenile Officer of St. Louis County Family Court, Brown had no major charges against him as a juvenile

So much for him being brought up on second degree murder huh? The smear job put on by the right wing is quite sad and pathetic. And they wonder why blak people won't vote for them. Maybe because they consistently attempt to vilify them whether just or not. One dude posts something on twitter and it's RW blog material. A few dudes mention something on the radio, RW blog material. It wouldn't be a problem but there are mroe than 1 poster here who's posted those things as if they were facts, not RW blog material

No serious felony charges?

There's plenty of heinous acts one can commit, including killing someone, that aren't considered 'felonies'

THe mear campaign is dumb though I agree. They don't need to smear him, there is already video evidence of his actions in the store and physical evidence of him punching the cop. That's really enough, who cares what he may have done as a juvenile.
