If so, it won't matter much what we do this off-season. And I'll be skipping next season till he's gone. He is a butcher on a bullpen and that doesn't get talked about enough. A number of former Brave relievers career are over or likely over due to him. Then add to that his crazy line-ups and panic style of managing and he's one of the worst managers in MLB. I am not going to another game till he's gone.

The good news is with our budget this off-season and his bad managing he won't make it past next year.

Yep. Pretty much. I'll be around here and follow the games like that, but I won't spend a dime on the Braves.

Yea, that's what I meant by skipping next season. That I won't be going to any games till he's gone. But I'll still go to Gwinnett Braves games as they play near where I live and I rather watch the minor league kids play than watch Fredi making winning harder for the Major league team.

How many more September collapses do we need to see that will convince management that Fredi's terrible?

You'll still watch.

Just wondering, who do you replace Fredi with if you fire him?

I'm curious.

I've said before firing him wont make much difference.

They just need to Fredi - proof the roster. No relievers or batters with reverse platoon splits. Fredi won't use them right. BJ has to, that's the only way to ensure Fredi won't bat him leadoff. We need someone with good OBP skills who doesn't hit for a lot of power to hit in the top 2. If they hit for too much power Fredi will want to bat them lower in the order and put Simmons in the top 2.

Odds are we would just get the same **** if we hired a new manager. There are 30 teams and 25 of those fan bases think they have the worst manager. Fredi doesn't handicap us, he just doesn't give us an advantage. The best thing you can do is give him good options. It's when he has to make tough decisions that he often chooses the worst possible choice.
