MLB Playoffs Thread

why was Bryce Harper the only player wearing eye black ?

Smoltz pretty much called it last night saying Harper could hit 100 MPH but any pitch with a wrinkle gives him fits.

All those hours hitting off of a pitching machine will do that.

Also saw a breakdown of Belts swing this morning. His MLB entry swing was BJ from the left side. I hate toe taps and open stances but, learned this season a viablre reason for an open stance would be if the back eye is the dominant eye.

Maybe someone can help me out here, but I'm not really sure of the purpose of wearing eye black at night.

I once had a player in a summer high school league that eye blacked his face into a wrestlers mask ala that linebacker that used to play for the Bills.

Anyone remember his name. Methinks NoFunLeague outlawed it after that

Tim Hudson has pitched the only two 18 inning games in postseason history. Luckily, this one ended better for him.

Wont argue the Braves have good fans but i have doubts they'd leave in an extra inning playoff game.

This was in the 9th or 10th.
