Why exactly would it be hard to imagine from a team that has proven so much the last three years. What talent have they lost?
Playing a harder schedule with an overall weaker team. Not to mention, all these players coming back are just going to magically pick up where they left off? No rust? No adjustments from Bowman coming back from the ACL tear?
SF is getting back MAJOR talent back.
Aldon, Willis, Iupati, Ward, Bowman, Dorsey, but that will make no difference to Carp.
Bowman is a monster, hope he recovers, incredible player.
I dont even like SF but SF is a 2nd-half team, it's not crazy to think they can go 7-2.
Because 7-2 is hard to do for any team. Nevermind the fact that they face a brutal schedule at the end of the season. And defense isn't the reason they are losing games, (aside from Denver, whom they weren't going to stop regardless).
