Ferguson....

Yup, he was pressured to physically assault that convenience store owner.

I can't believe you actually believe what you say.

You don't know **** but you act like you were there for everything. Maybe you need a brief reality check we know nothing of any of the circumstances around the events that happened. Because the other party was shot dead. You don't know if there was anything mitigating for him, because he's dead. You dont' grasp this point, because you made up your mind months ago rather then wait to see what evidence came out, and you know what evidence came out? ****. Nothing to condemn or exonerate the cop.

It's not about wild accusations. It's about the total absence of context, which without context you have no way of convicting a cop. It's the way it is.

Yes, its all about wild accusations you are making to muddy the argument.

The grand jury spoke (many of which were African Americans). The evidence clearly showed that Wilson was forced to defend for his life and that is what he did.

LOL at Zito trying so hard to defend a criminal.

Must be a defense attorney.

Or maybe you know, I want cops to be held accountable cause in the strictest sense of the word, I'm a criminal. I've done many illegal things, nothing along the lines of what most guys in prison have done, but if you remain passive the police state will take over.

No, that's not what the ruling was. The ruling was there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute, not that there was enough evidence to call him innocent. You're confusing legal innocence with actual innocence.

He is dead because he made the wrong choices. The only person responsible for Browns death is Brown.

Once you understand that you'll finally see this for what it truly is.

And the evidence showed that because Wilson did had to defend his life. Your desire to make this a conspiracy has completely clouded your judgement.

What do you think these jurors are going to have to deal with now after this ruling? People are going to know who they are. They have put their lives on the line to make this judgement. The evidence clearly showed what happened.

Well as long as you don't physically assault a cop you should be fine.

"You don't know **** but you act like you were there for everything. Maybe you need a brief reality check we know nothing of any of the circumstances around the events that happened."

Sound familiar? They're your words. Maybe you should apply them to your feelings about Officer Wilson instead of just applying them to try and defend Brown.

Nope, Cops are the devil and want to take our life liberty and happiness.

He was a petty thief who hadn't been convicted yet, and you don't know the circumstances around him trying to "kick a officers ass" how do you know the cop didn't threaten him first? Fight or flight is a natural reaction. for the bigger slower of us, fight usually wins out.

Yes because cops who have squeaky clean records go around threatening individuals all the time. LMAO.

They're my words, I dont' think questioning authority is the same as what I said even in the slightest. We don't knwo what happened there and you want to assume the cop acted perfectly. I assume nothing becuase we know **** about what happened.

So we all made our minds up but Zito, you didn't?

I was willing to wait for evidence either way. I was "defending" Brown more often than not because everyone here was crucifying him and no one was defending him at all. What good is a message board if everyone is agreeing and no one is stirring the pot. I was sharing my internal musings in an antagonistic way.

Or maybe he was peer pressured by his friend(s). People do dumb ****, some do dumber **** than others. If he was such a terrible kid he would have been in juvey. My dad spend 25 years or so teaching real bad kids. Most of it teaching basically the worst kids NJ had to offer. If this kid was truly terrible he would have spend much of his life in Juvey.

That is complete BS. And I don't even think he was "bad kid." But "bad kids" don't always end up in "Juvey."

But I do think he was into some sketchy **** and obviously had some issues considering the convenience store incident. Evidence pretty much confirmed he was reaching for the officers gun and that he struck the officer. Pretty clear trend that the kid had some anger issues.

Perhaps. But we never really will know. Cause he's dead.

Gotcha. So you didn't mean everything you said about Brown

I didn't really say anything definitive. You still to this day think when I said Wilson shot at Brown from behind running away according to reports I'm saying Brown was shot in the back. Cause you're so for some reason invested into the cop being innocent. Not sure why.
