REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Gordon mentioned in his open letter that he was only .01 above the legal limit. Honestly something that a good chunk of us could be found guilty for. There's a difference between slightly over the limit and way over the limit. But I guess that's a societal thing.

Gordon loves to play the victim card. (claims to be passenger in car when popped for Mary Jane)

-He was kicked out of Baylor (at least 3 failed tests) and Utah for multiple positive tests
-2013 violated substance abuse policy
-2014 failed another drug test
-2014 convicted of DUI
-2014 Suspended 1 game for partying with Manziel and missing walk thru
-2015 failed another drug test for alcohol (despite being on probation decided partying in Vegas and with Manziel in Aspen was a good idea)

Whether the rules are fair or not, I don't feel sorry for Gordon. He's ignored the rules and done his own thing his entire amateur and professional career. This is at least the 7th time he's failed a drug test.

Falcons supposedly in trouble for piping in artificial crowd noise the last two years LOL.

An artificial crowd cheering for an artificial defense.

Reports saying only ONE of the 12 balls was under inflated by 2 lbs. The rest were just a smidge under.
So it's not even a story.

Im having some friends over for the game and Im already about to kick them. I really shouldnt host parties when its my team in the game. I just want to focus on the game.

Word. I don't like going out and watching my teams ever. I prefer to sit at home and watch and focus on that game. I don't want people around either that just doesn't work for me.

Wilson is clearly a top 5 quarterback. Only the best quarterbacks don't attempt a pass in an entire quarter.

Seattle has a terrible receiving group. If NE can shut down the Colts' good receivers what chance does Seattle have?

Their receivers are bad for sure. I think Wilson is suffering the same issues that Kap had all season though.
