We released some good relievers in ST and Fredi had a say in that too. James Russell has a 1.86 ERA for the Cubs so far. He's the one I was most annoyed with releasing.

Yeah, that ended up being an awful move for sure. Not going to put that just on Fredi. Hart has the final call.

I agree, I was just saying Fredi was given more say and that backfired as far as bullpen choices go IMO.

They got Banuelos in the deal with the Yankees. That was pretty much the bullpen. Those two deals. I make the Banuelos deal again every single time.
