BTW, Williams Perez could continue to have a lot of success with us given our infield defense is usually Freeman, Peterson, Simmons and Uribe. That is a very strong infield and he has a good sinker. So if he cuts down on the walks he should at least be a solid number five or better going forward.

I think he has a chance to be a solid 5. I wish he was a little more aggressive though.

He absolutely has to cut down on his walks if he wants to have any longevity at this level either as a starter or as a reliever.
 
I am sooo thankful Melvin Upton is no longer on the Braves roster. Sucks that we had to trade Kimbrel to close the deal, though.
 
I love Craig Kimbrel, but missing out on seeing him pitch one inning every few nights is more than worth it to be watching Maybin instead of Melvin and be sitting on $50M.
