Fernandez, making first start against Braves since Tommy John, has a 0.93 ERA against Atlanta. In 6 starts in '15, he's 4-0 with a 2.13 ERA, 47 strikeouts and only 9 walks. In his last start he threw over 100 pitches for the 1st time since his surgery. Is his stamina back?

Last time Fernandez faced Atlanta (4/22/14) he held the Braves to 3 hits in eight scoreless innings

Braves hitters look very overmatched against Fernandez. Peterson only missed the ball on his swinging third strike by a couple of feet. Teheran's got his work cut out for him tonight.

To be fair, most mlb teams are overmatched vs Fernandez

Nice job, Julio by getting out the league's hits leader with a runner in scoring position--especially with Fernandez on the mound for the Fish.
