This essay was written in 1964 about the Goldwater phenomenon, and shows that there's nothing new about Trump's schtick: The Paranoid Style in American Politics by Richard Hofstadter
“American politics has often been an arena for angry minds,” writes the professor. “In recent years we have seen angry minds at work mainly among extreme right-wingers, who have now demonstrated in the Trump movement how much political leverage can be got out of the animosities and passions of a small minority. But behind this I believe there is a style of mind that is far from new and that is not necessarily right-wing. I call it the paranoid style simply because no other word adequately evokes the sense of heated exaggeration, suspiciousness, and conspiratorial fantasy that I have in mind.”

Yes I do care about hucksters prying on peoples fears and given false hope all for the almighty buck.
As to Sec Clintons emails I do care about them as much as I do the two previous Sec of States and countless other government officials that used outside servers
Sec Clinton was exonerated by those charged with granting exonerations

Donald Trump’s Ghostwriter Tells All is a very interesting read. Tony Schwartz, who ghostwrote Trump's The Art of the Deal, tells of his experience gathering info to write the "autobiography", which he doubts Trump himself ever even read.
Schwartz had ghostwritten Trump’s 1987 breakthrough memoir, earning a joint byline on the cover, half of the book’s five-hundred-thousand-dollar advance, and half of the royalties. The book was a phenomenal success, spending forty-eight weeks on the Times best-seller list, thirteen of them at No. 1. More than a million copies have been bought, generating several million dollars in royalties. The book expanded Trump’s renown far beyond New York City, making him an emblem of the successful tycoon. Edward Kosner, the former editor and publisher of New York, where Schwartz worked as a writer at the time, says, “Tony created Trump. He’s Dr. Frankenstein.”
