Not a lot, but there are a lot of dumb/succeptible people who're easily manipulated by bad people.

If Islam was as bad as you propose we'd be locked into an intense global war, there's some 1.6 billion Muslims in the World. If they were all bad the World would be at war with itself perpetually.

Yes they do but due to their culture and not religion and can abstain from doing it while Muslims sect does it for religious purposes and in almost all cases forced. What is alarming is culture shaming for the ones who don't want this done. Organizations now are trying to get the young females to not allow this and show them they have a better life without this procedure. Muslims do not have a governing body that can prevent this and won't.

So the misnomer about Christians forcing these girls to do it is not true nor their religion is tied to this in no way shape or form and not recognize by any main stream Christian religion and therefore outlawed in all western civilizations. It is considered an abomination under their rule. Further studies concluded that cultural practice intertwined with religion is the cause with Muslims tying in with their Quran version of acceptance is why it is done (alternative is forced FGM or death) while Christians FGM right of passage is based on "acceptance" which means shaming is the worst it can be done to you (kicked out of your village per se)

Not really. There are civilized Muslims (Malaysia, Indonesia, parts of Indian, Pakistan) but they don't have a loud enough mouth to do anything about their wayward followers in the Middle East because they do not want to upset Saudi Arabia or Iran.

I would guess less than 5% of the population is truly bad. I don't mean they do bad things. Somepeople do bad things for dumb reasons. Some do bad things thinking they're good things (for the greater good types, aka most CEOs) Reality is that it's probably less than a fraction of 1% of people are truly bad. But we know enough about human psychology to know that we're still pack animals who want to belong, so a charismatic bad person could make a lot of people who aren't bad, do bad things. I think you need no better example of this than Nazi Germany. Only a few Germans were actually bad. Most of them were just severely misguided by a charismatic leader and a lot of bad information from propaganda.

Even in the middle east most muslims are fine. THe problem isn't Islam, the problem is that the Middle East before 100 years ago no one really gave a **** about for about a millennia. There were cities, but a large part of the population were nomads, living as they'd lived for 10s of thousands of years. They were then slungshot forward into the 20th Century, and the effects have been traumatic. Especially when you compound that catapult with Britain grouping groups who hated each other together, with maybe no better example than Iraq.

Yeah, a lot of studies been done about this and for the most part you are correct. When IMPERIALISM reared its ugly head some puppet mastering was being conducted. Europe has always been that way until we started being the big boy.

How is that not comforting? You're purporting that 1.6 billion people are bad people. And that isn't factoring in non-Muslims who're bad.
