Just to single out No. 3 here, mostly because I'm tired of hearing my father in law bring it up, the claim has been proven false.
 
Looks like the Sanders family is under federal investigation for bank fraud.

Appears his wife was running a fraudulent college that enriched their daughter.

Schools are getting rid of their “valedictorian” titles over concerns that they create harmful competition, influence course selection and propagate misconceptions of large disparities in GPA because of differences in class rank.

Nearly half of American high schools do not display class rank, according to the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), and many schools give out awards to students who obtain a certain grade-point average or higher instead of only the highest-scoring student, reported the Associated Press.

The NASSP stresses that schools should encourage cooperation instead of competition with regard to academic excellence. Connor Carrow of Lancaster High School in New York wants his school to switch from honoring the top 10 students to the cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude system of honors typically adopted by colleges. He advocated this switch well before placing 14th in his own graduating class.

I read the piece... and in normal circumstances, I'd agree.

But we live in a world now where no matter what proves to be true/not true, the public has made up their mind that Trump is guilty. I think it makes sense for him to want the constant investigations to stop, because we have people who believe with 100% certainty that Russians hacked and rigged our election system.

No matter what comes of this investigation, you, 57, and goldy pants have decided he is guilty. And will just keep moving the goalposts.

A year ago when Russian reports first surfaced it was poo poo ed and dismissed as partisan talk.
The further things get revealed ----- not so much.
Sturg I think it progress that you now allow " what comes of this investigation " . If I were Trump that would worry me as much as Pence lawyering up

Apparently "the public" hasn't made up their mind Trump is guilty.
I count 4 or 5 of you here and probably another 4 or 5 that used to come here that voted Trump that are avoiding us.

All told judging by this board I count maybe 5 that aren't giving Trump much of a chance of coming through this and perhaps 10 still thinking / hoping for the best.
So enough of the public has been twisted by the media non sense.
Nixon tried that crap and it didnt work. Trump isn't even as believable as Nixon !

The interesting part of this to me is how much will it take for Republicans to vote for impeachment and if they can remove Pence at the same time. If they make Pence President then this will all be a huge failure. Pence legit scares me.
 
The politics side of this board has become increasingly more Liberal with constant in your face anger. Thats obviously not everyone but its not even worth it anymore. I'll let all of this dust settle and when your side loses this attempted coup I will still be here welcoming you back.
