I've gotten a kick out of the response to the meetings with the Tech CEOs.

Trump: Let's work with the worlds greatest tech companies to get the government using modern technology to improve government efficiency and speed

Press: This can never be done. Too many people will lose jobs. It will take too long.

I say good for this admin to at least start the conversation. Maybe there is hope to get the government in this century.

No... see, that's not how it works.

Those pensions were promises for future funds they didn't have. It was theft.

Every dollar we have in deficit is theft. Period.

The government doesn't own people's money. Therefore, they shouldn't promise money that they don't have. But they will, because it gets votes, and it's easy politics.

One day, it will come back to burn, on a national scale.

Your flippant "they should just raise taxes" is infuriating. So in your perverted world, the government over-promised and under-delivered (shocker!), and in order to bail them out, you want to take more of my money?
