Would certainly think that depends on context. As in...
"Anybody still up for promoting Newcomb and Sims and offering Jaime a QO rather than spending another $20+ million to bring back Big Sexy and Dickey to give them more time in Gwinnett?"

No GM looks at a pitcher's last couple games to determine his value, only his health. Same with Adams and a few weeks of ABs.
Garcia and Adams have a trade value...we saw what it was when the Braves acquired them.

Sure, but teams also are watching how players are throwing/hitting leading up to the deadline - it certainly isn't going to help if Garcia is stringing together bad starts.
