Sims looks like a perfectly serviceable 5th starter. Hopefully he pitches well and it keeps us from blowing 12 million on another 5th starter this winter.

I've been pleasantly surprised by his ability to locate his change up.

Worried about the lack of movement on his fastball. The only way he can be effective with that is to have a good change that he's willing to use.
