GDT 9/26/13: Phillies (Cloyd) @ Braves (Hale) 7:10 PM

I miss when Boog Sciambi was the PBP guy and he and Joe would go back and forth about sabrmetrics. At least then there was a coherent discussion and Joe could actually be persuaded on some things (rarely). Nobody in the booth right now can carry that other side of it.

Wood is going to be a weapon in the playoffs out of the pen. I think its a smart move. Just try to nurse Garcia through 5-6 innings.
 
Gotta Jump in here....once Chip quit wetting his pants with "There's a Drive!!" every time we hit a routine fly ball short of the track.....I have grown to really enjoy his homerism. Said differently, I like Chip and Joe!

Chip's pbp has gotten better. His everything else needs some work.
