Russia Collusion Scandal (aka A Leftist fantasy)

We're struggling to decipher what he meant by "there is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election", so I guess our bone would be explicitness.

It's quite clear to me what he means. I guess I'll leave it to you and Julio. Meanwhile, I've read through the indictment and don't have a clue what you mean by Trump colluded against himself.

So now that the president finally acknowledges the interference occurred, will he accept that they working to do it again in 2018 and 2020 and impose the Congressional-approved sanctions?

I know they like to present themselves as by-the-book lawmen, but by the way they handled things today Rosenstein and Mueller also showed themselves to be politically astute operators.

Single sourced-story but germane to the issue of where the collusion part of the investigation stands.

Btw the sourcing here is interesting. First it is single-sourced and the better journalistic outfits (among which I do include Bloomberg) would never run a single-sourced story of this type unless it was an authoritative source that they had very high confidence in.

Second, it is the first story I can remember reading where it appears likely that the source is coming from within Mueller's investigation. I suppose there are some alternatives, such as a Congressman or someone from the DoJ who has been briefed by Mueller.

It is confusing that every additional guilty plea and charge revealed by Mueller is described by Trump supporters as proof he is definitely not going to find other crimes. Every piece of something is described as evidence he’s got nothing.

Nothing will suffice for the rabid crowd, indeed.
