He's had a pretty interesting career, but yeah, he's dirty from head to toe.
If he's not charged with multiple felonies I'll be shocked.

Is he under medication ? What types
Anti-depressants ?
Stroke related meds?
Has he had cancers?
A man as fair skinned as he and golfs regularly is susceptible to skin cancers
What is his mental state?
Is he alert or bumping on-set dementia ala Reagan? He is in his early 70's
Signs of schizophrenia ?
What is his history?
What else has he been treated for - does he suffer back issues ala JFK where he was heavily medicated for pain
does he suffer heart issues ala LBJ or Ike ?
and yes, his weight is an issue. Obesity makes one susceptible to diabetes,heart disease,stroke etc etc etc
