"Blindsiding" the world with his pronouncements, whether they turn out to be true or not, is a great way for him to assert his power. The tedious process of democratic governing isn't.

anyways, Kim is coming off as Trumps bitch. Was there someone predicting Trump would get his Sherman burning Atlanta moment by making a deal with NK? Now polls are turning around. Might be peaking too early though.
