.@justintrudeau drops umbrella (& the mic): “As we sit here in the rain,

thinking how uncomfortable we must be these minutes as our suits get wet,

and our hair gets wet...it’s all the more fitting that we remember on that

day in Dieppe the rain wasn’t rain, it was bullets.”

There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!

Pasadena Fire Assn. Retweeted KATY PERRY

Mr. President, with all due respect, you are wrong.

The fires in So. Cal are urban interface fires and have

NOTHING to do with forest management.

Come to SoCal and learn the facts & help the victims.

It remains unclear how the weather impeded the president’s plans.

A helicopter ride aboard Marine One may have been too risky. Been the weather did not deter French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday from making a trip by car to a town in northern France where the Allies and Germany signed the Armistice ending the war, the BBC noted. Macron and Merkel unveiled a commemorative plaque at the event.

British Parliament member Nicholas Soames ― a grandson of Winston Churchill ― reacted to Trump’s absence at the cemetery event by calling the U.S. president “pathetic.”

Soldiers “died with their face to the foe and that pathetic inadequate [Trump] couldn’t even defy the weather to pay his respects to The Fallen,” Soames wrote on Twitter.

While he was insulting every foreigner and person of color at the now infamous press conference, don't forget that he purposely insulted Japan and its Prime Minister, for whatever reason. Having met the man and gone through the protocols several times, he surely knows how important formality and respect is in Japanese culture. Call the PM "Shinzo", his first name, on such a stage was a huge display of disrespect. For whatever reason.

Fun how folks are going to say he didn't show up Tuesday to rain, and not due to fact his helictopter couldn't fly
He must feel the chickens will soon be coming home. Everywhere he goes he behaves like an angry, spoiled child, which seems to be what he is.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg got back to work 1 day after breaking 3 ribs.

Donald Trump didn’t go to work today because it was raining.
