2020 Field

The counter solution is to stop subsidizing education.

Go back to market based lending. And make schools compete for your business

But you are not interested in any solution that doesn't require a govt takeover

pretty sure that would qualify as un constitutional due to unequal access
we learned that in Civics class in high school and American Government 101 in college.
While you were studying business

How about murderers? Rapists?

What is the line where society says you have forfeited the right to live like everyone else?

I personally think we needn’t draw a line, but murder seems like a fair one if we must.

There’s certainly no good argument for our current structure which bars prisoners from voting, yet allows them to be considered part of the populace, skewing representation numbers.

are you unable to read the flow of that conversation for some reason or what? holy cow

how so? sure thing

Lol I literally pasted it in order.

You wont answer bc you support infanticide.

It's all good man. It aligns with your other nutjob views.

Trump has made you lose your mind. Sad to see it go

i really don't get how you don't read what i wrote and think i haven't answered the question. lol

either willful stupidity or plain ignorance

yeah, "infanticide" ahahahahaha

you're a broken record. you're this message boards version of right wing radio. a true "free" thinker that just keeps saying the same thing over and over again wishing it was a fact

at some point as Polly tells John in Peeky Blinders " you have to quit asking questions and start having answers"

I gave you answer to which you weirdly say would be unconstitutional to which I asked what the **** you're talking about.

Your only solution jas been "just wipe out the debt"

That's not a solution to anything.

I dont have a solution
explaining Sen Warrens position does not equate to ownership / agreement

Waiting to hear what the others say
Not only the candidates but what ideas fellow Braves fans bring to the table
Right now hers is the only out of the box proposal

Let me add I think it foolish to discount her idea (or any) with only a glance
Leading me to think there is another dynamic
...............

One more thing, we are throwing $1.7T a year in the fire.
People that need the money are putting it out while people that dont need the money are receiving
That is money that could be spent on cars, houses, kids braces, clothing
Materials rather than bottom lines

Biden is the worst.

I don't put bumper stickers on my car, but if I did, mine would read "Any Functioning Adult for President 2020." But I somewhat share your view on Biden. If not the worst, clearly not in the top tier of those I would like to be the Democratic nominee in 2020. Alexander Cockburn really ripped him in this Harpers' article: https://harpers.org/archive/2019/03/joe-biden-record/ and it's really difficult to disagree with the assessment.

Biden will 100% lose to Trump. He is the Mitt Romney of this race. No chance of winning but he polls well early on because he has name recognition so the establishment shoved him down the parties throat.

One point on which I’d disagree with Cockburn is that Biden is “currently leading the polls for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination”; quite a few polls have him in a comfortable second behind Sanders, though ahead of O’Rourke Mark 2 (aka Buttigieg). But the legislative record is there, it’s a real disqualifier, and—unlike, say, Harris, who as a political weathervane that’s gained sentience can at least read polls and tell which way the wind is blowing—he’s done nothing but double-down on that record. I had a lot of deep policy critiques of Clinton circa 2015, but on that front Biden is substantially worse in just about every way.

Everyone knows I’m a Sanders supporter, but it’s really frustrating to me that Warren isn’t getting more mainstream coverage, party support, or traction in the polls; if you want a less-divisive, more centrist version of Sanders who still carries water for some of his most popular proposals, she’s it.

Policy-wise, it seems like Biden’s been in a coma for thirty years.

I've always thought he was a schmuck. Has nothing to do with policy. But if he turns out to be the most electable (and the polls suggest he does best against Donaldo) he will have my enthusiastic support.

My peregrination through the political wilderness runs like this. Summer of 2016 changed registration from GOP to independent (for obvious reasons). Earlier this year changed registration to Democrat due to desire to have a vote in the primary. I'm not really a Democrat but in our system you have to be a party guy. Otherwise you are giving up any say in the primaries.
