Compare them to Germany, France or UK who spend 12% or under of GDP for health care for all their citizens. US taxpayers spend 18% and not everyone is covered.

Privatizing it completely would bring down costs as competitors compete for "customers." We spend a ton of public money on HC, yet our HC costs are astronomical. Shocking, right?
