Playoff GDT 10/7/19: Braves @ Cardinals Game 4 - The Death Blow for the Dead Birds

I thought Keuchel would be on a short lease. I just don't understand this for Snit.

I'm sure he's out with another hit, but this is frustrating. It's the damn playoffs.

What does that say about a starting pitcher, supposedly our number 1/2 that he can’t make it thru 5 in both his starts?
His stuff has finally regressed to the point that he’s a 4/5 and the offers he turned down this offseason he will regret not taking.

DK probably shouldn’t have been allowed to bat and then face Goldy Ozuna and Molina a 3rd time, but it wasn’t an egregiously bad decision.

My preference would have been to PH for DK after Swanson reached, and then let Julio take over for a turn through the order
 
Don’t be surprised by DK bc that’s what he is. He’s not a 1 or 2. He’s a #3 at best on a good team. He’s no ace at all.
 
I guess with the double switch they will try to get an extra inning from Luke. Also keep Duvall in the game for multiple ABs.
