Gronk torn ACL/MCL, out for the year.

Hate it for him, but all on Goodell since players have to go low now.
 
I agree that Wilson is special but also agree with cajun that it will be interesting once they have to pay him along with many others how good that team will be.
 
That really sucks for Gronk. Guy should have been a HOFer but he won't recover from all these injuries.

The injury is certainly a reason for some diminished play BUT I also think it's time to admit that RG3 is a diva and not who everyone thought he was.

He put up huge numbers in a gimmick O in college and the NFL figured it out after a year. He needs to adjust like Cam, otherwise he will be nothing more than an afterthought in a few years.

His offense still would have worked if he were healthy or at least to a certain degree. He needed to be brought along slowly. I worked with someone who was friends with the old RB from Green Bay that was brought in for a few weeks with the Skins last year. He said that they were spoon feeding RG3 last year and that hte playbook was really limited with just a few routes that had a multiple progression read. I think he would would have adjusted but he just isn't physically confident out there anymore.

Shanahan worried about getting RGIII injured for the offseason program, so may shut him down as precaution, though he says the QB is healthy
 
Crazy how good Josh McCown has been tonight. He just pulled off a successful Rosencopter for a TD.
 
I would say the Bears took the manhood of the Cowboys defense away on that drive, but I don't think the Dallas defense had any manhood left to be taken away.

Makes you wonder if they should dump Cutler, and roll with McCown for the next couple years.

Saves a lot more money too.
