Trump was still holding effing rallies during this time you buffoon. ON March 2 (the same effing day as the tweets you posted) he held a rally in Charlotte, NC with thousands of people in attendance. On March 11 (9 days AFTER those tweets you posted) his campaign announced the 'Catholics for Trump' rally in Milwaukee on March 19 would go on as planned.

For one, Trump is the leader of the US. So he should shoulder most of the blame for inaction. Secondly, while no one has batted 1.000 during this epidemic, when the CDC did advise certain changes they were overridden by Trump (such as advising seniors and immune-suppressed not to fly).
There was exactly 1 confirmed case in NYC on March 2nd.
You have literally said the virus has been here since October/November and high populated areas likely have a bunch of unconfirmed cases. So a place like Charlotte (which is a hub for international travel) isn't a high risk of infecting a ton of people at a rally where thousands of people will be at..... GTFOH.
Trump continually downplayed the virus and encouraged business as usual all the way up to like March 13th. The travel ban with China literally has nothing to do with his inaction on dealing with the virus when were already getting confirmed cases in the US.
