They have him red handed on 2 cases of perjury. He testified under oath that he was both guilty and that the FBI did not entrap him. So I look forward to that once this clown show is over.

It wouldn't be double jeopardy per se, but the motion to dismiss is with prejudice, which means the charges can't get brought again.

I think now that he's completely reneged on the plea deal, he is technically opening himself back up to jeopardy on the Turkey stuff that was going on in VA and whatever else the Feds agreed to drop, though I'm not 100% on that. I don't expect anything to happen with that though.
 
I dont see the judge in any way dismissing it with prejudice. I will be mildly surprised if the judge doesnt see the obvious corruption going in here.



To put what happened in baseball terms this is like the Cardinals forfeiting game 5 of the NLDS in the 9th inning up by 10 runs saying they dont think they can win.
 
After reading up on this Flynn is far from exonerated. I expect the judge to reject this as she did the nonsense about the biased juror. This filing by the DoJ seems like it would be more appropriate in an appeal.



I expect a ****load of appeals to be filed by people who were convicted largely on a confession using the DoJs logic that multiple confessions under oath is not enough evidence to bring charges.
 
This has me now leaning towards voting for Biden. He hasn't made a commitment to prosecuting corruption so that really bothers me. He said he would leave it up to the AG. Now if he was going to appoint Adam Schiff as AG I would totally vote for Biden although it's more of a vote against Trump.

Let me play thethe's advocate for a second. Suppose everything you say is true. Obama is caught committing a coup against Trump. He is charged, he confesses multiple times, then Biden wins in Novemember and the AG he appoints decides to drop the case after Obama pleaded guilty. You would say that's an exoneration?



Also curious if youbhave changed your stance that you don't understand why anyone would plead guilty to a crime they didnt commit?
