I asked you upthread to lay out the case re: 302 and unmasking, and I would look at it with an open-mind. You didn't; instead you are just whining about the media and blinders. This is literally the most tired right-wing argument imaginable.

Meta was the kind of person who said the FBI didn't have any bias in the investigatory process and that the deep state was a figment of the right wing imagination.

Why doesn't that surprise me? He thought the whole investigation was on the up and up like this Sullivan thing is. When a judge isn't appalled by the most important piece of evidence(the original 302), missing something is very wrong.

What I actually did in that case was quote Horowitz saying "we found no bias" and then I said I agreed FSIA procedure as a whole was very bad in basically all cases. thethe pretended Horowitz didn't say that and that the FBI magically only does bad things re: Trump.

This actually does match what I think here: FBI went aggressively after Flynn, because that is what the FBI does. I have no problem, in a vacuum, with dismissals like this. I don't have any vested interested in Flynn's conviction; I just wish they'd do the same for other cases.

My general stance is that the FBI and DOJ are extremely overaggressive and have way too much power in the plea bargaining process. But that's a general observation; it's not just a corrupt conspiracy against the people you like. It is standard operating procedure which has been used against normies who are not friends with Trump. When thousands of prosecutors cry out, "this [bad thing] is what we always do!", maybe you should believe them.

Maybe don't get your info from actual literal madman thethe.
