I was thinking more a long the lines of patriot that might invoke his/her specific constitutional right that the republicans (I mean, is that the name of the party anymore?) use to say they would use in the face of a dictator/tyrannical govt

If by not accepting the election results means he concedes when he loses then writes a book blaming everyone but himself that's fine. Joe Biden literally chaired the election certification and shut down any and all objections.

I doubt you will find any. As I posted earlier, he is too weak and idiotic to actually be able to pull of some sort of unconstitutional annulment of the election results. He will mope and whine but meekly make his exit on 1/20. Looking forward to a new dawn for America.
