you guys may have talked about this but trump getting beat, keeping the senate is mcconnell’s ideal scenario, no? he’s happy to be rid of trump.

I'm betting Trump campaign wants more noisemakers in the room to claim more fraud so they can keep stalling with lawsuits that are gonnna keep getting thrown out.
 
Interesting that Trump hasn't filed any lawsuits in Arizona, now that his mail-in votes are shrinking Biden's lead.

At least we can put cout packing to rest. Best Dems can really hope for is 50 in the Senate (and that's a looooong shot) and a couple moderate Dems have already come out against it.

I thought I read that most of that isn't mail in, but just dropped off day of in person. May be some BS I picked up somewhere though. Who knows what to believe this election.

yeah I'm thrilled about that. Green new deal is dead too. Might have a hard time raising taxes too.

It was never really a realistic thing.

Just noise the right ran with, and kept pressuring people to answer. It's not that much different from Trump saying outrageous things and asking Senators what they think about it. The difference is, the court packing stuff came from the far wing of the party not Biden himself. The **** Trump says comes from the mouth of the President of the USA.

They are claiming they dont have "meaningful" access not no access. Thats what these lawsuits are about. Theres nothing as far as I know that says they get to be over the shoulder of counters. I can only imagine how long this process would take if we have a lawyer for both sides standing behind them disputing every I that isnt dotted or T that isnt crossed. Theres no chance of ballots being thrown out because they didnt have "meaningful" access. Theres really no retroactive remedy. Best case scenario would be a judge ordering a recount of all the ballots in a county. Not likely.



I also just want Trump to have his day in court. I want all these ****ers to go to prison and that includes Hillary and Biden. Trump unlike the last 2 is actually in legal jeopardy of dying in prison. I think its a travesty to have a person escape the law by means of Presidential immunity. I was and still am mad there werent prosecutions for torture of the Bush administration.

a good rule of thumb is to believe the opposite of what trump is saying.

They're basically the same thing

They're mail-in ballots that are dropped off, and mail-in ballots that arrived.

I dont know if Biden ever wanted it but his nutjob party and VP definitely did.

It appears he's going to win without PA anyways, but it looks like Biden is on pace to flip 80k votes and beat Trump by the same margin he beat Hillary by in 2016.
