So Kap was asked if when he saw Sherman was on Crab did that change his mind on where to go with the ball?
Kap responded with "No, I was going there no matter what"
L....O.....L!!!!
As much as I dislike Kap, I don't blame him for that decision. He made an inaccurate throw and kudos to the hustling linebacker following the play. Kap has a chance if he either leads Crabtree more or if he makes a back shoulder throw, but he was pretty much in between.
As for Sherman, he's damn good. The best man press corner in the NFL. He's helped in part because of a great pass rush and Earl Thomas on the backend. He also cannot play zone at all, he's too raw (was a WR at the start of college). IMO, Denver can take adavantage of that bc they run all those pick plays/crossing patterns that eat up man coverage. With Seattle not being able to play zone, I think they are going to struggle somewhat. Obviously their defense is still great and Sherman is fantastic, but I think Denver may have the answer.
