soliciting someone to commit election fraud is a felony and I dont think he tap danced around it well enough to avoid criminal liability. His motive is clearly based on his words to overturn the vote not ensure election integrity. He talks about negative consequences for Raffensberger and his lawyer. Theres easily enough evidence for probable cause imo. A conviction would be 50/50 without more evidence but they could subpoena for more evidence.
