Am I reading it wrong or does that graph say this is only the percent of white people. Which imo makes it pretty worthless. I am getting a kick out of all the polls posted by Republicans since the election. It will be a cold day in hell before I accept any polls from a Trumpocrat. I operate under the Trump precedent which says any bad polls are fake. After Trumps slander of polls a significant portion of conservatives refuse to answer all polls which make results skewed. So we cant really trust any of them until this phenomenon goes away. If it ever does.

You’re acting like this was an official policy position when it amounts to nothing more than ‘yessing’ something a republican committee member said.

In fact it was the trump administration that started to change how Taiwan was referred to.

Let’s see what Biden administrations official policies are because in the Obama administration there was a lot of bluster while China continue to grow massively.

And from the article blinken never says they deserve to be in the WHO. That was was Kim said.

So, by agreeing with Kim...

ANyway, read the dates. January 10th was when the State Department made the change, Trump was already fully lameduck. Maybe his administration made that change organically, more likely Pompeo was talking with the incoming administration and agreed. He probably felt Trump who spent too much of 2020 gushing over Xi was too nice to China and agreed to make the change. Now that we have an administration who'll stand up to china. Not bow to their everywhim. Or stand up to them until they let Ivanka make ****ty fashion products in their country.

I'm just glad we have competent congressional leaders and a competent voter base because if Trump had his way he'd have ran things like Brazil, and a lot more people would be dead.

Good news is that there is no reason you shouldn't be able to hang out and protect those around you thanks to Biden procuring the vaccine. Or course you being the low IQ person that you are will not get the virus. I just hope enough people are smart enough to get it so that way we can reach herd immunity and not let the vaccine mutate like crazy like Brazil is doing.

I'm just glad you will wait for permission to live your life. Probably the most pathetic thing I've ever seen outside of the time you wished death on people who didn't get permission for going to the park

And thank goodness for Trump tearing through red tape to get us a vaccine in less than a year (previous record was 5 years). Will save millions of lives. Best health care President of all time

BTW,

I will say happily that the Biden team is doing a really solid job with the vaccine rollout. Some things I'd do different but the progress is impossible to argue with.

He had a great opportunity to help unify last night by giving the previous admin credit for setting them up for success that they have continued on and built on.

But doing so probably would have got him cancelled
 
The State department change was made during the lame duck time frame as a strategy. It accomplished something that both needed to be done and was going to create tension. This way it advances the ball and poisons the well for the outgoing administration, but let's the incoming administration start from a better place without the hostility they would receive if they made the change themselves. This is the perfect execution of lame duck foreign policy, and isn't new. FoPo remains a highlight of the Trump administration.

Yeah Trump did that, not Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech.

I'm sorry you're so cruel and callous and devoid of believing in personal responsibility that you're willing to put your own self interests over the safety of your friends, family, and community.
 
The federal government, most notably the NIH which did much of the work that led to the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, deserves lot of credit for helping bring those vaccines to market so quickly.

If there is one person who deserves to be singled out for credit, it is probably this guy. It is a lucky coincidence that the new technological platform for delivering these vaccines had been developed over the past few years by him and his colleagues.
