I see nothing from Pache to ever convince me he's gonna hit. Even when he does hit the ball, it's poor exit velocity. There's no thunder in that bat.

While I love the José Ramírez pipe-dream, at least Riley has played (seemingly) very solid defense, and posted good solid batting inputs (like I mentioned up-thread, he's had a big BA/xBA under-performance). So, unfortunately, I think the more difficult position to upgrade (CF) is the position that'll end up being most in need of an upgrade.
