The Biden Presidency

Damn i gotta disarm my wife by taking away her pepper spray when she works in a ****hole city.

And now that flagpoles are weapons of insurrectionists we may need to reevaluate the mostly peaceful Antifa protests.

Lol pepper spray and flag poles the weapons of the great insurrection!!

I love how the racist commies are pissed off at Tim Scotts speech bc he dared deliver a hopeful message, not one of dread, crisis, and systemic oppression against everyone.

Of course the true racists came out from under their holes once again to expose themselves.

Racist pieces of ****

Without the dog whistle of racism the progressives/democrats have no power. They have a vested interest in racism being a thing.

But zito says prices just always go up so i dont see why they keep talking about inflation

Prices always go up. I don't know why inflation is a hard thing to grasp. Sure we don't want hyper inflation, and there is a risk of that with the Fed keeping interest rates down.

But if you've ever worked in the supply/ordering side of a business, you would know that costs can waver heavily. Products can seasonally increase or decrease, but beyond that, one year you may have a draught that raises the price of beef and to make up for it you have to adjust your pricing. Couple that with the insanity of what COVID 19 and hwo that's crippled the supply line, and put strains on specific items like gloves, takeout containers, etc.

Or to put in terms even a knuckle dragger can understand, remember when McDonalds changed the double cheeseburger to the McDouble, removing a slice of cheese but keeping the price in place? That's normal price increases that a restaurant has to deal with, and they handle it one of 2 ways, cutting portion size or increasing costs.

What are you arguing then? I said inflation is through the roof and you bizarrely responded with "prices always go up"

I don't think I'm really arguing. I'm saying that Kramer's insights aren't that insightful. You're the one arguing acting like I don't know what I'm talking about when I've been doing food costing for years.

The rate of inflation is going to be multi-decade highs this year

Poor people get ****ed

The presidents who did arguably the three most evil things ever done by presidents are all on money. Jackson with the Trail of Tears, Lincoln with the suspension of habeas corpus, and FDR with the internment camps.

Earl Warren was one of the architects and strongest supporters of the internment camps. He wasn't one for much introspection and second-guessing of himself, but in his memoirs it is something he expressed regret about.

This is a long but interesting essay by one of his clerks about the social milieu in which Warren came of age as a man and a politician.

I don't know why Jackson is on money. I find him relatively unremarkable personally. Why isn't a more interesting president like Teddy Roosevelt on there.

Also Madison/Monroe? Like key founder of the nation?

I feel like Jackson is someone who old farts really like.
