Soler had back-to-back two-homer games, July 25-26 and has hit another since. Seven in July/
 
What a terrible trade deadline…can’t wait to hear AA piss our face and tell us it’s raining in about 3 min.

Rizzo brought back a 50 and 45. Probably would have expected more along those lines had we sold. Particularly since Freeman is a good bit better than both players.
 
That's a TON of power in the Braves lineup. Some combination of Pederson RF - Albies 2B - Freeman 1B - Riley 3B - Duvall CF - d'Arnaud/Vogt C - Soler LF - Swanson SS isn't terrible.
 
Our offense has improved by more than a marginal amount and if TDA is even 80% of what he was last year then the team is going to win a bunch of games over the rest of the season.
 
The offense and bench aren’t terrible and neither is the rotation. With Anderson and Ynoa coming back that’ll push Touki and Muller to the bullpen and that’s probably AA’s thinking behind the bullpen.

Soler .290 wOBA vs a .339 xwOBA and a .229 BABIP compared to a .299 career BABIP... he's been on fire. He's regressing back to his norm. I think this will be a very underrated pickup
