The Coronavirus, not the beer

Little thing that many may not know right now.

As Vermont cases are exploding, relatively speaking, they are enduring some computer 'glitches' for their reporting.

Should be interesting to follow. Accurate data is always the #1 goal.

Hospitalizations in HHS regions 1 (New England) are up in the last 7 days while in region 4 (South) they are down big time and have been trending that way for weeks now.

Cases are up ALOT in region 1 as well overall so I'm not sure there is much room for the current hospitalization rate to decrease. If the vaccines are working then that hospitalization number won't take a huge hit. I hope it works out.

If Mississippi were a country it would be second to Peru in deaths per capita. Hopefully, Vermont doesn't go there.

The lengths governments are going to are less like imposing drunk driving laws and more like changing the speed limits on highways to 5 miles per hour

This is a war. And we got a bunch of pro-covid traitors in our midst. If we were serious we would execute them. The Major Andre Solution.

A list of the top 100 towns and cities in terms of covid deaths per capita. NY City not on list in spite of being hit hard and early and the population density. Mostly small town.
