I don't believe life starts at conception. But surely it does before birth. Some of the pregnancies affected by the mothers contracting covid are pretty far along. Those children are also victims of covid.

I don't know about airlines but 10:1 applicants job opening is abysmal at the last two companies I work for... We are closer to 50:1

I would venture a guess that the vaccine hesitant are also disproportionately the people who create other kinds of issues at the workplace. Getting rid of them will likely have some ancillary positive effects at the workplace.
