Coach K needs to be fired for the job that he has done this year. In fact it's the same garbage year after year with the exception of 2010 which was an aberration.

But back to this year, he has been horrible. I guess that's what happens when everyone is in your ear telling how great you are and all your assistants are nothing more than yes men that think he walks on water.

Continues to play an outdated defensive scheme that doesn't work with the new rules and continues to put his players in bad positions. His fascination with 2 pg lineup is old, and so is going small ball way to often. Not a good offensive team as there is no structure. Doesn't develop the bench and wrecks players confidence by having quick hook after making mistakes if you aren't one of his favorites, in which your expected to play 40 minutes and can make as many mistakes over and over with no repercussions. There is no fire or desire, his motivational tactics don't work this day in age. Get a lead and play stall ball and play not to lose.

I don't expect Duke to win another game this year. I'm sure today's practice was hell because nothing is about strategy, just effort in Ks mind and he won't make any adjustments.

This team will fold just like 2012 which suffered ugly losses late in the season and in the first round to Lehigh. But at least the 12 team had the excuse of losing a valuable contributor in Ryan Kelly late in the year. As K said during halftime were really limited without him, so Ks strategy was let's just have Tyler Thornton jack up as many 3 as possible.

No shot in hell Dook is a 2 and UNC is a 5.

They have identical records to this point.

Dook is at BEST a 3 right now.

They should've been banned from the top 5 this season after losing to Notre Dame. No way they should see the top 5 the rest of the season unless they cut down the nets. They could make the title game and I still don't think they would deserve to be the 2nd ranked team. They're just a very flawed team that happens to match up well with Syracuse so everyone was like "whoa, they're GOOD!" and not remembering the rest of the games.
 
They are absolute garbage. No PG, Quinn cook has the lowest player iq ever and couldn't keep my grandma in front of him, and Thornton doesn't bring anything to the table besides being a consistent fouler. Salimuen is terrible, when he drives one of 3 things happens: 1) he misses wide open layup, 2) he gets shot blocked or 3) turns it over. Dawkins is a one trick pony. Hood is not tough enough to play the small forward spot. Parker is the worst defensive player in college and doesn't seem to be able to set teammates up on offense. Jefferson is a stick man with no vertical or toughness. Plumlee is a spaz that can't calm down. Jones can't shoot. Hairston is the worst scholarship player ever to wear a Duke uniform. Oleoje is a beast but is in Ks doghouse and never gets to play because he gets lost in Ks outdated over complicated defense.
 
UNC-Duke is not "the greatest rivalry in all of sports." It's not even the best in college basketball. ESPN just tells you that because they have the rights to it.
 
When it comes to talent, consistency, and hatred between fan bases, Duke/UNC is hard to beat in college basketball. And this is coming from someone who despises both programs.
 
Kansas is a difficult team to get a read on - one day they look like title contenders and next game they look like a team ripe for an upset early in the tourney

They lost in the 2nd round when they were a 1 seed a few years ago.

Forgot the team that beat them.
