Smart may end up like Deron Williams with more athleticism and "hopefully" better defense.

Not sure it's like that....but people who claim to "know" say Thibs isn't coming back because of his beef with ownership/management.

He doesn't have a choice whether he comes back or not, at least as far as next season is concerned: he's under contract.

If the Bulls front office believes he won't come back then why not get value for him after this season?

BRule...who is your sleeper in this draft that could be taken outside of the lottery?

Depends on what you mean by sleeper....a guy that will get solid minutes? There are a ton of those guys, someone that could be an all-star?

Holden will probably say I'm biased but Montrezl Harrell is going to be a BEAST....his play in the AAC might bump him to the lotto but IF he comes out he probably goes in the 15-20 range. His game has just sky rocketed to another level this year....he has added a nice mid range jumper to his game. He is starting to remind me of Elton Brand, now that's who I think he COULD be...def not there yet.

TJ Warren is another guy that will go late 1st that should be able to play big minutes, 1 of the best scorers in the nation but the rest of his game needs to catch up

I agree with giles on James Young

Jerami Grant - needs to add some muscle to play PF in the NBA, jump shot isn't there to be a 3. Late teens

Adreian Payne - Should be a nice stretch 4, effort isn't always there like it should be but dude can play. Late 1st - early 2nd

Payne can certainly play the stretch 4 role in the NBA. I wonder if he isn't a fit for someone like SA if they don't draft some Euro.

What about Nik Stauskas? Is he going to go in the lottery? Can he adequately defend his position so he can stay on the floor?

Who was the last college shooter as good as him?

SA would be a really good fit, he would fill the Diaw role and Pop and the vets there would probably fix his hustle issue rather quickly.

College is filled with guys that can flat out shoot, most of them can't do anything else which is why we never hear from them again. Stauskas I don't think is coming out and shouldn't, he's not ready and probably isn't anything more than a Steve Novak type of player as of right now.

Is Markel Brown going to be a starter type player or more of a sixth man? I've read some interesting things about him recently.

Probably a bench guy due to his lack of height....really like him though as an energy guy off the bench. Crazy athletic.

I would go with Embid. He is 7 foot and has the most room for improvement. Wiggins>Parker as well.

I don't think Emid is in the talk anymore, teams are going to be scared by his back.....you can see the Oden/KD parallels coming from a mile away.

I probably take Parker....he just looks like a Melo clone. Wiggins is probably going to end up a better version of Gay/DeRozan.

I disagree on Wiggins.

He's been en fuego lately.

Parker's defense isnt that great, while Wiggins is an elite defender.

Im not sure who i'd take #1.

Certainly the injury is the big concern with Embid.

I like Wiggins over Parker. Hes more athletic and a much better defender.
