I'd love to trade back a spot or 4 and grab Donald\Lewan at 10 or so.
I see no way the Falcons take Donald over Mack. Unless like Tapate said they trade down.
Probably this weekend, I'll be doing an update to this version. A "9B" if you will. Not real happy with this one and also all the free agent and changes in draft position. Feel doing one before I do my usual late Wednesday night updates is better. Just don't like how I did this one.

I also don't see how they take the BC RB if a guy like Jerrick McKinnon (RB- Shane Vereen mold) is still on the board in round 5. He has things going for him you just cannot teach.
Maybe my joke went over your head?
Yes it did. In fact I still don't get the joke.

If it fell like that, i'd prefer Matthews, Ford, or Shazier.

Still early but I'd wager thats how the first 6 picks go. Would be a shock if Mack fell that far though. Consensus top 3 talent in the draft and scheme versatile.
I dunno. Falcons may elect to get mack at 6 even with Matthews on board. They don't have a 3/4 rush end and can get an ot in the second.

I think thats who we are choosing between come draft day IMO.
I'd love Dee Ford in the 2nd, but pass rush ability like his doesn't tumble much. RT could be had early in the 2nd for sure (Clemson OL Thomas).
CC, I'm a Packers' guy and I'd love Moseley, but there are rumors going around about possible knee issues. Any light you can shed on that from a Crimson Tide vantage point?

Worst mock I've read keeps having the Falcons trade up to 2 to get Clowney. If they weren't clearly switching to a 3-4 I'd believe it, but why move up to select a 4-3 DE after signing a 3-4 NT and 3-4 DE? I mean maybe they're just going with a fatty DL to shut the run down, but that wouldn't make sense.

According to Mosley himself, his medical reports were positive. Here's an article:
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000333286/article/alabamas-cj-mosley-says-medical-reports-were-positive
You hear a lot of rumors and such about top pro prospects. Seems to me a lot of it is on purpose by somebody to see if a certain player could fall to them. Not saying that's the case here, but it's possible. Only injury Mosley had at Alabama was when he dislocated his hip in the BCS Championship Game against LSU on a rather nasty tackle after he intercepted a pass. Other than that, nothing of note. Mosley is going to improve any defense he goes to. Great player on the field and an outstanding person off the field.
Thanks for the insight CC. You're right on the rumor thing. People spread crap just to spread it at this time of year.
This is my favorite Packers' draft yet of all the drafts you've done. I'd crap my pants (with joy) if the draft turned out like this for them.
