the problem is the leaders of the dem party are not worried about their standard voter anymore. they are completely beholden to the minority activists in their party.

they won't even say what a woman is anymore despite 95% of people saying not doing so is crazy. They keep pushing the Latinx nonsense despite hispanic people telling them how crazy it is. they keep pushing electric cars and green energy despite people suffering from energy costs

NY and California will go all the way on abortion. it will be sickening and there may be eventual blowback but they will definitely go there

I want to see them go crazy but I think that for the most part politicians are savvy and they know it will be signing their own death warrant. The same reason the left never tried to codify Roe is the same reason these states won't allow unfettered abortion.

It will be more radical than most of the world but I'd be shocked if third term abortions were legalized in these states.

as I said, this admin and the left in general will just decide they no longer consider the court legitimate and ignore the rulings.

The left supports outwardly defying the constitution while trying to criminalize someone for following a constitutional remedy during an election.

And they want to pretend that they are defending DEMOCRACY. The country see it. Their time is over. And when the real investigations start many of these monsters will be thrown in jail.
 
The same people who claim body autonomy are the same people who pushed vaccine mandates

I advise the congresswoman to introduce a Constitutional amendment if she believes this is a God given right like the others in the BoR.

As long as 2/3 of Congress agreed with her it will pass.

Like every single other right recognized in the Constitution.

We all know why they won't do it. Media narratives are lies and the American people do not want abortion past first trimester unless extreme circumstances occur.
