A Delaware judge said Dominion's allegations

"support a reasonable inference that Rupert Murdoch either knew. . .or

at least recklessly disregarded the truth."

This opens the door for discovery at top of Fox.

When the judge says "Rupert Murdoch either knew. . .or at least recklessly disregarded the truth." I'm going to respond to that level of stupidity. He is contradicting facts that we know.

That's fine. My criticism is of a judge who is charge of this case who doesn't know what the **** he's talking about. That's the point I'm making.

You would be hard pressed to find anything that doesn't have some security vulnerabilities. I look forward to their defense being "well its possible" to defend them saying it absolutely 100% happened.
