Let's Talk About Media

Ah yes, I remember when I used to ask you questions for a debate

Not get answers and you would fly off on tangents

Thankfully I have learned from that and know it’s pointless.

But go on little man, run with that one like it’s something lol

I remember answering this ridiculous question you posed.

I also remember when you couldn't bring yourself to say that Che was a worse human than Trump.

A broken dumb communist you are. Gotta protect your own

Dominion's defamation lawsuit v. Fox News parent Fox Corp can proceed.

A Delaware judge said Dominion's allegations

"support a reasonable inference that Rupert Murdoch either knew. . .or

at least recklessly disregarded the truth."

This opens the door for discovery at top of Fox.

Did the judge get the memo that experts have already come out and said that Dominion is easily hackable?

easy big shooter, the judge allowed for discovery

learn how the legal system works fer chrise sake before weighing in

When the judge says "Rupert Murdoch either knew. . .or at least recklessly disregarded the truth." I'm going to respond to that level of stupidity. He is contradicting facts that we know.

that is beside the point at this time
I expect if this does go to trial, that would be a facet of
the defense.

That's fine. My criticism is of a judge who is charge of this case who doesn't know what the **** he's talking about. That's the point I'm making.

If you don't know the machines are hackable then I can't help you.

You would be hard pressed to find anything that doesn't have some security vulnerabilities. I look forward to their defense being "well its possible" to defend them saying it absolutely 100% happened.

Quite literally the opposite of what it says

Where is the misinformation czar when you need them

Pretty sure the misinformation board was about foreign governments disinformation campaign not literally everything any twatter poster says.

I also don’t see how it’s misinformation.

For that reason, in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, includ- ing Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. Because any sub- stantive due process decision is “demonstrably erroneous,” Ramos v. Louisiana, 590 U. S. ___, ___ (2020) (THOMAS, J., concurring in judgment) (slip op., at 7), we have a duty to “correct the error” established in those precedents, Gamble v. United States, 587 U. S. ___, ___ (2019) (THOMAS, J., con- curring)
