First Former President to Have Home Raided by FBI

How do you evaluate innocence when we don't even know what they were looking for and what crime was committed?

To be fair, that hasn’t stopped everyone from immediately calling it tyrannical or calling for civil war. As I stated earlier, I think it’s highly possible that this was a bad action taken, but don’t think we have enough information yet to declare much of anything.

100% agreed. Trump is obviously a private citizen now but it does seem like this is a case where the public at large has some right to information.

Well there is a history on both sides. One side taking aggressive, borderline illegal, action that results in nothing while the other has a history of being unfairly prosecuted based on BS that ends up being nothing.

You decide what you see.....

You have obviously made that decision already.

I’m willing to embrace accountability if it’s shown that something improper happened with the warrant. I just don’t get the sense that the hardliners on either side are willing to believe their side could be wrong here.

You're just very willing to forget the RECENT past.

That is the issue.

Trump stole nuclear secrets.

That's why the Export Control Section and a

Counterintelligence Agent were sent to Mar-a-Lago

to seize the documents. It also explains why Wray

and Garland agreed to get a warrant. Nothing less.

Trump has a copy of the warrant

I have no idea if this is true or not.
Randi Rhodes is a provocateur on par with Cervanish , AG Conservative , Pizzagate guy or Ngu
So those inclined to jump on any and every conspiracy theory
and any critical thinker worth their salt will always weigh both sides
chew on the possibility

In context it is as true as some of the other nonsense we
see here daily

I was at a hotel bar last night and a old white lady sat next to me and brought up politics.

This was the standard, build a bear seal... Every talking point like a script.

"DEMOCRACY!"
"JANUARY 6TH!!"

Could not go off script for even a second and was unable to answer any questions outside of the seal narrative. It was hilarious

This was exactly my interaction with this lady last night

They are all the same

First, thethe doesmr need to be mocking anyone on this subject. He is out here making crazy claims about arresting people up for imaginary crimes.

Next, is this specific about New York? Maybe defrauding his charity? That he just used it as a slush fund then claims ignorance of that being illegal to escape charges us ridiculous. Or how about Florida where once again he escaped criminal charges for an outright scam. Only civil conviction. Other than that there is extorting Ukraine. Bull Barr emphatically saying he had nothing to do with that when asked should tell you all you need to know. He knew what it was. Then there is soliciting voter fraid in Georgia. I know Gamel is slow so let me explain. Trump asked Raffensberger to change the vote totals. He implied negative consequences for bot doing it. Refused to accept that any accusation he threw out had been competently and accurately investigated, and then attempted to retaliate against Raffensberger for refusing to commit voter fraud. And when you say that's not voter fraud let me put this in a terms you understand. Say in 2024 Busen loses by the state of Pennsylvania. He calls the SoS and asks then tries to pressure that SoA into adding a million votes for Biden. You seriously saying that would not be voter fraud?

Despite all the crying by the special snowflakes Trump is extremely unlikely to be charged in this. Most likely the FBI just wanted to get the classified documents back. If you or me had them we would be in a maximum security prison already.

Somehow I expect they will continue crying until they switch to high stepping because Trump wasnt charged. Then I expect them to go full Russia.... yet again.

You have quite an imagination there.

Yeah, we ain't lawyers. I was stupid enough to think Hillary should be charged for her email server shut too. And you feel for the Sussman hoax that you still seem to have a hard time getting over. You know I would love to see Hie Biden locked up, even on fake charges. Where does that all fit into your narrative that I have some irrational hatred of Trump. He isnt th first politician I think that should be charged that isnt and he wont be the last.

The charity and college he was found guilty in civil court. It might not be criminal charges but it's still being found guilty of violating the law. The only difference between civil and criminal is they have to prove intent. So he was found guilty of defrauding these people. Actually there was a third time. He defrauded people donating to his campaign by turning one time payments into recurring payments. Essentially tricking his donors into 172 million loan without their permission he got to use BEFORE the election then paid it back AFTER the election using donations he claimed were going to fight the election fraud.

Normal people see.

This coupled with the DOJ effectively throwing the FBI under the bus it makes you wonder just what is the FBI trying to hide?
